AFK Resort Licensing
The standard proposed AFK Resort model is a license equal to 2% of hotel gross revenue, subject to a property-specific written agreement defining scope, programming, reporting, term, intellectual-property rights and other commercial terms.
The hotel remains independently owned and operated. AFK Resort focuses on licensed concepts, entertainment programming, robotics experiences, promotional collaboration and agreed activation support.
